Investors also find your QDO listing on Angel Matching internet sites
Your company website’s Investor Relations page contains your Quick Deal Overview (QDO).
Your QDO contains a link for the investor to register and certify their credentials and represent how they established their Pre-Existing relationship with you and your company. The investor requests your authorization to enter Level One of your private pass word protected PPM portal.
You upload certain due diligence documents to Level One and monitor the investors’ progress on the due diligence process.
If the investor is interested in your deal, he can confirm his review of all the documents and request your authorization to enter Level Two

Your goal for the PPM is to engage the investors in extended private negotiations about your offering. Our process turns the traditional start up capital raise more to your advantage by allowing you to negotiate with multiple sources of capital at the same time. You manage and control all the documents and records related to your deal.
If multiple investors like your deal, you can easily lead all of them through the due diligence process.
