The Quick Deal Overview Document We use a work-horse document for many applications, called the Quick Deal Overview (QDO). The QDO is a fillable template that describes the basic information about you and your company, displayed in the format that many investors are accustomed to seeing in angel events or venture capital forums. The QDO does not mention any information about an offering or answer any questions about the terms and conditions of an offering. Rather, it describes the nature of your company, your markets, your competition, and your technology. We place copies of your QDO in various locations on the PCM website so that investors who are searching for your kind of company can easily find you and quickly determine if they want to learn more about you and your company. We also ask that you place a copy of the QDO on your own company website, with a url link to the QDO on the PCM site, which has the Request For Authorization by the interested investor to enter Level One of your private, pass word protected portal. For Start Up companies, the placement of the QDO inside of the company Investor Relations page on the company website is the trigger that leads potential investors into your web-hosted Private Placement Manager software. We also use the QDO, or a version of the QDO, on other internet websites, such as angel matching websites, where investors have registered as users to search for investment deals. Generally, we want to link the QDO from those angel matching sites directly to your QDO on the PCM. As a note, these other websites often charge a fee to have the QDO placed in their directory of companies that are seeking capital.
