Level One Of Your Private Portal

Interested viewers request your authorization to enter Level One of your Private Portal. When they first make contact with you, you can see all of their relevant background data, and can make a decision to allow them access to Level One.

Interested viewers will make certain legal representations about who they are, and their qualifications for making a potentially risky investment in a private company. They will also certify and represent the extent of their "pre-existing" relationship with your company, including the history of their prior investigation and circumstances of how they began their relationship with your company.

The documents and information that you and your attorney upload to Level One is retained in the Due Diligence Library on Level Five. If you grant an interested viewer access to Level One, they will have a limited authorization to view only documents related to Level One.

At any time in the process of their review, you maintain full authority to revoke their privileges and authorization and to prohibit them from gaining access to your company’s private portal.

On Level One, you can place your Executive Summary and the Power Point Presentation of your company.

Interested viewers have a communications link to contact you about live presentations of your Power Point Presentation, and you can schedule group presentations via the internet.

Interested viewers can request your authorization to enter Level Two when they have completed their investigation of the documents held on Level One.

Their request for authorization to enter Level Two will include a representation that they have reviewed all the documents, are capable of making an investment that bears considerable risk, and they will warrant that their identity is as they have disclosed it to you, is accurate.
