Your Web Portal for Investor Relations and Communications |
|||
Investors who used your private web portal during due diligence probably built up expertise in the use of accessing documents that you uploaded to your due diligence library on level five. All of these documents can continue to be accessed by investors after the offering period, if you choose to keep level five open. In addition to the library of offering documents on level five, our investor relations portal contains new functions that make it easier for you to communicate in a uniform and fair manner with all investors. Our communications software contained on level five allows you to individually select investors or to send a group e-mail to all investors. A unique feature of our investor relations module is the ability of investors to maintain a limited market to exchange among each other, or with you, the ownership units that they obtained in the offering. This function is an internal “bulletin board” for your private securities, and offers a limited exit avenue for investors who may need liquidity. Our investor relations software prompts you and your attorney to update and upload financial data on a periodic reporting schedule, much like you would do if you were a public reporting company on the EDGAR system. One additional note about our investor relations module that you may find helpful is your ability to record and archive historical data related to prior offerings, in case you ever need to raise capital again. Potential future investors in a subsequent round of capital would probably benefit from the ability to examine the documents and terms and conditions of the prior rounds. |
