Our PCM software for startup companies provides 2 pass-word protected portals for you to upload important documents about your company. Your software license lasts for 6 months and costs a total of nine hundred forty nine dollars $(949), which includes one hour of free account setup assistance.

Potential investors first read about your company on your Quick Deal Overview (QDO) which contains a request for authorization by them to enter your first level portal. Their request for authorization contains a link to important information about the investor's credentials, including their representation to you about how they established their pre-existing relationship with your company in order to view your data on Level One.

You can review the investor profile and data, and make a decision to let them enter Level One.

The first level contains more generic information about your company.

After the potential investor has reviewed all the material you placed on Level One, they request your authorization to enter Level Two. Their request for authorization to enter Level Two  contains important information that they have read all the data on Level One, and understand that making a potential investment in your company entails a risk that they are able to take, if they choose to make an investment.

On Level Two, you place more detailed documentation about your company and the type of capital that you are seeking. The goal of this process is to allow all potential investors to conduct their own self-guided due diligence. Your goal is to enter more extensive discussions with interested investors, after they complete their investigaion on Level Two.

If the investor likes your company, Level Two contains an internal pass-word protected communications module for the investor to communicate with you in private.

All of your data and documents that you upload into Level One and Level Two are archived in your company due diligence library that can be activated after your offering to open up your Company Investor Relations Module, if you choose to buy a 12 month subscription to the IR software.

Aftr you complete your new account registration, you will be directed to our payment processing portal to pay for your six month license. After the payment process, you will be returned to your new account login administration portal to begin the process of uploading your files and completing your Quick Deal Overview template form.
