Potential investors first read about your company on your full Quick Deal Overview (QDO). From inside their investor administration portal, if they like what they  read, they can request your authorization to enter Level One of your company portal. Their request for authorization contains important information about the investor's credentials, including their representation to you about how they established their pre-existing relationship with your company in order to view your data on Level One.

You can review the investor profile and data, and make a decision to let them enter Level One.

The first level contains more generic information about your company. At each Level on your company administration panel, we have provided sample documents for you to use as guides in preparing your own documents to upload. Our sample documents are only guides or examples for you to use, and are not intended to be the exact docment that you would upload. In some cases, we have marked our sample documents with an alert that the document must be prepared and approved by your legal counsel, before it can be uploaded into the PCM site.

After the potential investor has reviewed all the material you placed on Level One, they request your authorization to enter Level Two. Their request for authorization to enter Level Two  contains important information that they have read all the data on Level One, and understand that making a potential investment in your company entails a risk that they are able to take, if they choose to make an investment.

On Level Two, you place more detailed documentation about your company and the type of capital that you are seeking. The goal of this process is to allow all potential investors to conduct their own self-guided due diligence, at their own pace.

If the investor likes your company, Level Two contains an internal pass-word protected communications module for the investor to communicate with you in private. Once an investor gains access to a higher level portal, they can always go to a previous level without your authorization.

Level three and four contain even more sensitive documents related to your capital raise. At each level, the investor confirms their interest in learning more about your offering. You can remove an investor from your portal at any time.

Level Three documents are primarily related to the commercial lending or commercial bank loan process. The docuemnts that you upload on Level Three would be the same set of documents that most commercial lenders want to review, and our process gives all the lenders and bankers one place to come to investigate the same set of documents.

Level Four documents are primarily related to the subscription agreements and private placement memos for a private offering, whether it is  related to debt or equity. Again, our sample documents are examples for you to use as guides, but these documents require that your legal counsel prepare them, before they are uploaded into the PCM site.

All of your data and documents that you upload into Level One, Level Two, Three, and Four,  are archived in your company due diligence library (Level Five) that can be activated after your offering to open up your Company Investor Relations Module, if you choose to buy a 12 month subscription to the IR software. The 12 month Investor Relations service subscription is $ 1349.

After you complete your new account registration, you will be directed to our payment processing portal to pay for your six month license. After the payment process, you will be returned to your new account login administration portal to begin the process of uploading your files and completing your Quick Deal Overview template form.
