Your company becomes our client by registering as a user of our website. Our registration process contains legal agreements regarding your use of our software for the period of time that you are conducting your private offering. We offer three levels of service for our client companies:
1. Gold Level Service. For established companies only. You retain us as your investment advisor to assist you in managing the private placement. We use the software on the website in conjunction with the advice of your securities lawyers and other advisors to provide management oversight. You agree to pay us an upfront fee to use our software, plus an investment advisory fee on the day of closing. 2. Silver Level Service. For established companies only. You obtain licensing rights to use our software, but do not retain us as investment advisors. You pay an upfront fee to use our software. 3. Bronze Level Service. For start up companies only. You obtain licensing rights to use our software, but do not retain us as investment advisors. You pay an upfront fee to use our software. In addition to our three levels of service, we provide two additional service options for you to choose:
1. Our Featured Company Ad option. Your company’s information appears in an ad format linked from our home page. 2. Our Level Five Investor Relations private portal. After the offering period, you can retain your level five investor relations private portal for continuous communications with your investors.
